On September 25, 2024, the Santa Rosa City Realty Board Association, Inc. (STAREB) officially commenced its operations with an oath-taking and induction ceremony at the Hacienda Function Room of Sta. Elena Golf and Country Club in Barangay Langkiwa, Sta. Rosa, Laguna. This event marked a significant milestone for the local real estate community, with 11 officers, 25 members, and several distinguished guests in attendance.

The ceremony began with an opening message from 2024 PLAREB President Rosalinda Tabios, followed by a warm welcome from 2024 PAREB President Enrique Santos. STAREB Charter President Maria Luisa Alversado then delivered an acceptance speech, expressing gratitude for the support and dedication of everyone involved. The event concluded with closing remarks from STAREB Vice President for South Luzon, Dalmacio Comia, who emphasized the importance of collaboration in promoting the growth of the real estate industry. 

The occasion was also honored by the presence of several prominent individuals, including Cindy Solano Medina, Director in Charge of Anti-Illegal Real Estate Practice (AIREP) of the Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards (PAREB); Beth Zepeda, Past President of PLAREB; Maritoni Trinidad, Past President of PLAREB; Ruth Daluz, 2024 PLAREB EVP; Rene Castillo, PAREB Committee Chairman; and Daphne Bereciarte, 2023 PAREB National President. Their support and involvement helped make the event a resounding success, highlighting the collective commitment to advancing the professionalism of the real estate industry in the region.
